Suja Sukumar is an author and physician based in Michigan, US where she lives with her husband & an elderly cat. She writes YA / A stories with South Asian-American protagonists. Her YA thriller WHEN MIMI WENT MISSING comes out in 2024 from Soho Press & is about an Indian-American teen investigating her cousin's disappearance  in a fictional town in SE Michigan.
